I feel the same way! I hear people talking about something and being really interested in it, and I know a few things about it (little facts and stuff like that), but I’m afraid to say anything in case I’m wrong. Worry not, nonny, everyone feels that way sometimes. The key is to just go for it and if you’re wrong, shrug, apologize, and smile knowing that you learned something new :)
